I agree. Do it with class and don't stoop to their level. Although, they're not getting gg from me..... all I plan on saying is 'sorry about your luck' as I give them a hoof to the rail |

I agree! Remember that we asked them to come play a friendly game. Kick their asses if you want to, I'll even try to help this time. But it would embarass both me and the club if we were to be rude at the table. Save your comments for the forum.

| There will be ZERO nasty chat on my part. However, if I see them flat-out saying they will soft-play/not-play their own team... I'm gonna be calling them out.
Other than that, I'm planning on beating the shit out of everyone and saying "gg" to everyone. Tank or otherwise, you know I want your chips.
AND I want to be the first to drop a 27 on people. Early and often.
GL, y'all. I'm coming after all of you... |

GL, y'all. I'm coming after all of you... This is where i'm lost man, really. It is "club vs club" not dump 'em all in and see who survives. Personally i would expect soft play towards members on both teams. It's about survival as a team not an individual. But.... on to more important things. I will be playing live tonight (home game, no casinos in VA) and know i won't be there at 8pm EST but i could be there by 11pm. What i see is that we get 5k in stacks and 10 minute blinds so i believe i could survive till i get back. My question for you guys is do you want me to sign in with the hope of making it back in time to do something or just stay out of this one?

| Soft play against your team isn't even a good strategy imo. Look at the point totals from the last match. We loss by less than 4 points and they had the top 3 finishing placements. That can be directly attributed to the fact that they refused to knock each other out as the tournament ran. We had many, many more ko's and scored well in this area. At the final table it continued. They soft played each other and dumped chips, and this is where it did the most damage to our team. It's not a good strategy as the tournament runs, and it shouldn't be tolerated, particularly at the final table.

| I understand and agree when it is a regular tourney but this is team vs team (there's no I) think of it in terms of any other sport: would you tackle your own quarterback or receiver? no, because it's a team effort. i just think maybe you guys need to re-think about what "club vs club" really means it's not the typical home game for fun anymore it's competition of teams just my $0.02 whether it's right or not LOL | |

| I was not there...last game, but I think the issue was how they went about it.
I do agree it's a team thing, and that you have to play thinking that who are you taking out or betting against etc.
From what I heard is.......they talked freely about what they were doing,
I would hope that we know it's a team game and that we will play that way without being so in your face about chip dumping or letting team members getting a free ride etc.
cheers | |

| Yes, We have a full team tonight and the result will be different this time. It will be one for the good guys. It does not matter if they soft play or chip dump. All I know is we are going to crush them. Having said that I go by this, Its not about the victory or loss, its how you play the game and we play the game with integrity. Win or lose its going to be a great game. | |

| I will say this... if you ever want me playing in another one of these, every single one of the cheating POS's need to be tossed out of the club challenge club.... every single last one of them.
Between the collusion to not play against and not raise their teammates and the chip dumping, i see at least 5 of them that should be thrown off the site. |

| Congratulations to Mtnestegg and Braylee girl for finishing in first and second.
The Final score was: Drunk Tank - 29.86, The Underground - 22.13 We won!
Now we both have one win a piece. Do we want to play one more for the 2 out 3 series, or should I just tell them we have had enough.

Hey I know I wasn't there and you guys were but as an outsider in this issue I would say that this hand could also be interpreted as wanting to not show his cards so to not give you guys any info on what his range is. just sayin'

| I don't know about playing them again.
I mean, taking best two out of three against a bunch of cheating chumps would be sweet... But I don't know how much longer I can play against them without calling them a bunch of cheating fuckers.
Blatant soft-play and chip-dumping was rampant. The Players Club was a much better team when it came to play, even though we trounced them.
Fuck it. Let's play them for the rubber game. And win. Against their cheating asses.
Congrats Drunk Tank for beating the shit out of an knocking each other out all night long. The way it should be played. |
